It has built a solid reputation for integrity, service & customer focus. We are already class leaders for Rental and Property Management but wish to expand our Sales function to the same level. To complement the rest of the business, we need an excellent Sales Person with proven abilities. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead all Real Estate Sales and co-office staff to support that initiative.
You will be an excellent communicator, a trustworthy person of integrity and a proven record in Sales. You will have a knowledge of Romanian Real Estate, be well organised, smart, presentable, a good listener, good negotiator and with the determination to succeed at your tasks. Self-motivated, self-starting and self-driven, educated to degree level, you will be able to communicate comfortably with Romanian and English speaking clients. With your base in the main square of Brasov, you may be required to travel to other cities to perform your role.
Over the years since White Mountain Property started, our loyal client base has steadily grown to over 1,000 people. Currently, we have up to 15 Sales Inquiries per month and that increases annually. You will have access to these, as well as growing the business still further.
The position is commission-based, but you will have the benefit of a city-based office, telephones, internet, office support staff and a globally established client base at your disposal. You simply need to use those resources to meet the needs of our clients.
You may be self-employed as a contractor/ or employed in a part-time basis initially, but it is perceived that you will develop that position into a full-time employment if desired.
Successful applicants will be invited for a first stage interview, where you will be given the chance to demonstrate your sales ability and knowledge of the Real Estate market.
